What to expect:
In our first session, explore the power of breath and discover seated shapes that ground and center you. The second week focuses on standing and balance poses, helping you build strength and confidence. Finally, our last session ties it all together in a workshop-style class, where you receive personalized guidance to integrate everything you've learned.
