Cyndi Allen
I am Cyndi Allen. I’m an ERYT 500, YACEP, Curvy Yoga certified teacher with a graduate certificate in lifecoaching. I love helping people, especially larger bodied and hypermobile people, find connection to their body and their breath through movement, self observation and awareness.
I try to meet each student where they are in their practice, and create an empowering experience for all. When not in the studio, I sit on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chattanooga and enjoy gardening, reading and hanging out with my rescue pups.

Rebecca Balch
My transformative journey with yoga began 30 years ago. In 2010, I discovered Power Yoga and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, igniting my passion for movement and nature. In 2012, I completed my RYT200 training, enhancing my understanding and ability to teach. The next year, I trained in Aerial Yoga, adding creativity and fun to my classes. For the past twelve years, I've taught various styles to all ages and abilities, fostering challenge and self-discovery.
Despite my sweet voice, I will challenge people to go beyond their mental limits and find their physical limits. Join me for Go With the Flow Yoga, a supportive yoga class that encourages everyone in their journey!

Chamar Drane
I am Chamar Drane, a wife and mother of two, as well as a dedicated Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) yoga instructor. My belief is that yoga truly is for everybody and every body, regardless of where one starts. Through my classes, whether they are power or gentle yoga, I aim to create an inclusive environment that promotes personal growth and balance.
In private sessions tailored to each individual’s unique needs, I help them to discover their own path toward reaching personal goals. In my experience, finding balance is essential not only in yoga but also in life. Each pose and breath taken on the mat enhances the journey we undertake beyond it.

As a 500 RYT, I find joy in balancing the vibrant chaos of parenting three energetic boys while teaching at the local high school. My yoga class is a welcoming space where every body and ability level is embraced. Here, inclusivity is key, allowing participants to feel accepted and valued.
We incorporate a variety of props and I always offer modifications to ensure everyone can practice comfortably and safely. My approach encourages students to explore movement that resonates with their own bodies, fostering an individual journey within a supportive community. In the midst of my lively family and work life, my personal yoga practice becomes a much-needed refuge, instilling a sense of calm and peace that enriches my busy week.

Jillian Ricks
I’ve been sharing the joy of yoga since 2010, blending movement, mindfulness, and a touch of sunshine energy in every class. As a lifelong dancer since the age of three, movement practices have always been second nature to me. My yoga style weaves together breathwork, strength, stretching, and stillness—infused with gentle shaking, dance-inspired movement, and uplifting energy. Yoga was the spark that led me to massage therapy and eventually to creating Jillian’s Healing Arts Center, where I continue to help others reconnect with their smart bodies.
While I don’t teach weekly classes, I love offering specialty workshops and seasonal events that are fun, lighthearted, and deeply nourishing. Expect a unique experience filled with essential oils, Reiki, and spontaneous moments of inspiration as we move, breathe, and reset together. Let’s shake, flow, and feel amazing! Make sure you join our email list to be updated when I offer these specialty classes.

Rachel Taylor
I am a certified Holden Qigong teacher dedicated to helping people create a harmonious flow of energy in body, heart, and mind. Through qigong, I guide people to release stress, cultivate vitality, and move with effortless ease, all while fostering mental clarity and emotional resilience.
Certified in qigong in 2021, my journey was deeply influenced by my earlier training in yoga, which helped me tune into my body and become more aware of both the physical and subtle energies within. Yoga taught me to listen to my body in a way I had never experienced before, allowing me to better understand the flow of energy and movement—insights that naturally led me to explore the healing practice of qigong.
In my classes, I guide students through a variety of exercises designed to relax the body and cultivate abundant energy. I focus on developing a strong and flexible foundation, encouraging a smooth flow of energy, and supporting a calm state of mind. My approach empowers people to move with greater fluidity and tap into their body’s natural capacity for healing. Whether you're seeking to release tension, boost energy, or develop a deeper connection to your body, these qigong classes offer a rejuvenating experience for body, heart, and mind.
